Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

We want you to love our handcrafted bamboo and rattan products as much as we do! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. As our products are handmade with care, please ensure the item is returned in its original state.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Products that have been altered in any way

Additional Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for:

  • Products with obvious signs of use or damage
  • Opened or used CDs, DVDs, or similar media
  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts (unless the issue was due to our error)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—refunds can take some time to process.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as there might be a delay in processing.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items or clearance products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to: 2700 Regent Blvd, Dallas, TX 75261, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued and sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Please note:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the shipping time for your exchanged product may vary.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
