This policy applies to orders within the USA. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the shipping terms outlined below. We aim to provide clear and transparent shipping procedures to ensure your satisfaction with both our products and our service.
SHIPPING COSTS
We charge for shipping on all orders within the USA:
- For orders over $23.96, a shipping fee of 25% of the total order value will be applied.
- For orders $23.96 or less, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged.
Our handcrafted bamboo and rattan products are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, and we strive to keep shipping costs affordable while maintaining the quality of our service.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need assistance with your order, please reach out to us immediately at [email protected]. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
- We are unable to make any changes to orders after they have shipped. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the order (excluding the shipping fee) and request that you place a new order.
IMPORTANT: SHIPPING CARRIER DELAYS
While we strive to offer the best shipping options, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Our goal is to provide excellent service to our customers, and we will keep you informed about any shipping issues. Please note that carrier delays are beyond our control.
DELIVERY METHODS
We ship throughout the USA, and all orders are sent via reliable carriers such as UPS or FedEx, depending on the most efficient delivery method. If you prefer to have a signature required upon delivery to prevent unattended packages, please let us know when placing your order.
Once your item has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey online.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?
You can easily track your order by visiting our Track My Order page. Use your tracking number or your order number along with your email address to check the status of your delivery.
CANCELLATION
To cancel or change an order, please contact us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you need to update the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected] or (+84) 329756356.
DAMAGED PARCELS IN TRANSIT
If your package is damaged during transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible, and contact us immediately. If the parcel has already been delivered, please get in touch with customer service for guidance on the next steps.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship within the USA.
TAXES AND DUTIES
- Sales Tax: A 12% tax will be applied to the total value of your order.
Please be aware that during public holidays, shipping times may be affected due to limited operations from manufacturers and couriers. While we cannot control this, we will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.
